Welcome to Odds Scanner’s Privacy Policy. This policy applies only to New Jersey residents and is designed to comply with the New Jersey Data Privacy Act and related U.S. privacy laws.

This Notice covers personal data which we process when you visit https://oddsscanner.com, including any landing or sub-pages or affiliate links that are integrated within it (the “Site”), and/or otherwise use our products or services (which are primarily targeted at or relate to iGaming businesses and operators).

Odds Scanner is a marketing and media technology company based in Malta. We develop and provide marketing strategies and services to our clients, typically iGaming operators, that are designed to assist them in growing their business (generally through a combination of media buying, SEO, content and technology, and targeted at customer acquisition). We also provide sports betting information on behalf of online bookmakers, the purpose being to market their betting offers and odds (including by comparisons and highlighting competing offers). In this Notice, we collectively refer to such clients as our “Partners”.

It is important that you read this Notice together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your Personal Data.

This Notice supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them.

We work with companies that help us provide our services and products.
