Welcome to Odds Scanner. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the website https://oddsscanner.com, its mobile applications and other digital platforms (the “Platform”) operated by CX Media Ltd, C 94478, Q2, Unit B, Tigne Point, Sliema, TP 01, Malta (“Odds Scanner”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Odds Scanner operates independently. No sports betting operator, casino or gambling company controls our content.

These Terms have been prepared in line with applicable law.

By using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Platform. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply.

Odds Scanner is operated by a company based in Malta. These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute or claim arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including any right to bring a claim before the courts of that country.
