Odds Scanner is a media and technology startup based in Malta active in several European and Latin American markets in the sports and gambling industries. We have a 100% remote, diverse, and international team, working primarily from Malta and Lisbon, but with team members from Portugal, Brazil, Philippines, France and more. We are currently one of the leading iGaming affiliate companies in Brazil and we’re looking to expand our social media efforts for our Brazilian brands.

In this role, you will be doing a lot of experiments, testing different strategies and executions. Not all will be successful, but we are looking for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable with the unknown and an ability to execute on our short, medium and long-term goals.

Our Content Marketing department has grown considerably over the past few months, and we need someone who has in-depth practical experience in digital marketing strategy, paid traffic generation and management, and partnerships to distribute content (social media, influencers, and media outlets).

We are looking for someone who is versatile, agile, can adapt quickly, and is looking to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Social Media squad and social media KPIs.
  • Create strategies to distribute on social media the content from our websites.
  • Create, negotiate, and maintain relationships with influencers and other mediapartnerships.
  • Generate paid audience to our websites.
  • Assist in social media strategy along with Content Managers and Head of Content.
  • Reporting of KPIs and campaign performance for the most important channels.
  • Coordinate and publish content on all channels with the Publishing team.
  • Preparing social media content briefs for non-text formats.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing or community manager role, ideally in the iGaming or sports marketing industry.
  • Proven experience in executing different social media content strategies.
  • Understanding of different social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and so on.
  • Someone who thrives in competitive and fast-paced environments.
  • Someone who is native in Portuguese (BR).
  • Someone who is a fluent English speaker.
  • Someone who can work independently but willing to learn!
